【摘要】 本文采用间接免疫荧光技术及葡萄球菌蛋白A(SPA)花环试验对60例肾脏病患者自身抗巨噬细胞抗体、抗肾细胞抗体及抗肝细胞抗体进行观测。实验结果表明,患者血清中抗肾细胞及巨噬细胞抗体明显增高,与健康对照组相比P<0.01,差异有高度显著性。由此证明肾脏病的发生与自身免疫病理损伤密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Indirect immune fluorescence technique and SPA rosette test were adopted to observe the antibody of anti-kidney cell, anti-liver cell and anti-macrophage in 60 cases of nephropathy. The results showed that the antibody of anti-kidney cell and anti-macrophage was increased in patients with nephropathy. As compared with normal group,the differences were obvious (P<0. 01).
