【摘要】 就常规H·E制片程序中的褪色问题进行了探讨.通过对大量的教学切片和外检切片的对比分析,发现保存5年以上的切片均有不同程度的褪色.为此,作者对传统的H·E染色方法进行了改良,结果显示:改良后的H·E染色能够长期保持颜色鲜艳,对比清晰,可达到满意的固定效果.更多还原

【Abstract】 The discolouration in process of routine H. E stain was studied. Many sections used in teaching and biopsy were comparatively analysed. The sections preserved for over five years mostly had different degrees of discolouration. To prevent discolouration, H. E stain was improved. The results showed that improved H. E stain could preserve gay colours. Distinct comparison and satisfied effects were obtained.更多还原
