降钙素基因相关肽对大鼠肝脏缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用
EFFECT OF CALCITONIN GENE RELATED PEPTIDE ON ISCHEMIA-REPERFUSION INDUCED LIVER INJURY
【摘要】 本实验观察到,大鼠肝脏缺血-再灌注引起血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性明显升高,若预先给予降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)则使GPT和GOT的漏出明显减轻。但在离体培养的大鼠肝细胞,CGRP对自由基生成系统黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶引起的细胞损伤未见有直接的保护作用。
【Abstract】 The present work has observed that pretreatment with calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP)could reduce the elevation of serum GPT and GOT activities induced by ischemia reperfusion of therat liver. But CGRP had no protective effect on the injury of serum free cultured rat hepatocytesin vitro induced by xanthine-xanthine oxidase, a free radical generating system, which indicates thathepato-protection of CGRP in vivo might not be produced through acting on the hepatocytes directly.
