应用荷人卵巢癌腹水瘤模型研究免疫脂质体的导向治疗
TARGET THERAPY ON NUDE MICE BEARING OVARIAN CARCINOMA AND ASCITES BY MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY COC166-9 CONJUGATED WITH LIPOSOME ENTRAPPED ADRIAMYCIN
【摘要】 用卵巢癌单抗脂质体阿霉素交联物对16只荷人卵巢癌裸鼠腹水瘤模型进行导向治疗。腹水瘤模型更接近实际,符合临床。结果表明,导向治疗组的疗效明显高于对照组、阿霉素组及正常IgG脂质体组。
【Abstract】 Target therapy was done in 16 nude mice by MAb COC166-9 against ovarian serous adenocarcinomaconjugated with liposome entrapped adriamycin. These nude mice models were specially prepared, notonly bearing human ovarian carcinoma but also complicated with ascites which mimicked closely thestatus of human ovarian carcinoma. The results showed that this groups of mice had a longer survivalthan all the other 3 groups including control, adriamycin alone as well as normal mouse IgG insteadof monoclonal antibody.
