【摘要】 <正> Lingzhi polysaccharides GLA、GLB and GLC were obtained from GanodermaLucidum （Leyss. ex Fr.） karst. Nine homogeneous substances (GLC_1,2, GLB_2,3,4 GLB_5,7, GLB_9,10)were isolated frorn Lingzhi polysaccharides （GLB、GLC）. Their chemical components andlinkages were studied The effects of homogenous Polysaccharides on immunotimulation and O₂free-radical inhibition were observed. Based on the experiments the structure-activity relation-ship of the Lingzhi homogeneous polysaccharides was studied preliminarily.更多还原
