【摘要】 对9名成人在使用含氟牙膏刷牙、自来水漱口后几小时内的唾液游离氟(F~-)浓度进行了检测,结果发现使用含氟牙膏后,唾液中游离氟的浓度立即上升,然后迅速下降。并在2小时内保持轻微升高水平。本文认为刷牙后2小时内,唾液游离氟浓度的轻微上升,是由于用含氟牙膏刷牙时,牙齿窝沟、菌斑、牙间滞留区、粘膜表面、舌下、颊沟等处滞留的氟又释放到唾液中所造成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Changes of salivary fluoride concentration after the toothbrushing with a dentifrice containing 1000ppm fluoride were observed in nine volunteer-students. The findings indicated that after a single bru-shing with fluoride dentifrice, the salivary fluoride concentration significantly increased immediatly,then rapidly decreased and kept a slightly elevated level for 2 hours.
