【摘要】 本文报导了100例高血压病人。分为阳亢、阴虚阳亢、阴阳两虚及阳虚四型。分别测量其24小时动态血压(ABP),结果发现,阳亢组血压昼高夜低的节律明显,阴虚阳亢组则夜高昼低,阴阳两虚组和阳虚组之昼夜节律不明显。同时发现阴阳两虚组以收缩压负荷升高明显,阳虚组则以舒张压负荷升高为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper divided 100 cases of hypertensives into 4 types., excess of Yang, deficiency of Yin and excess of Yang,deficieney of both Yin and Yang,and deficiency of Yang. The measurement of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure showed that the blood pressure was high at day and low at night in the group of Yang excess, high at night and low at day in the group of Yin deficiency and Yang excess, and circadian rhythms in the groups of both Yin and Yang deficiency and Yang deficiency were not obvious. The rising of systolic pressure load was marked in the group of both Yin and Yang deficiency, and thd rising gave first place to diastolic pressure in Yang deficiency group.更多还原
