【摘要】 在相同的饲养管理条件下,对14—16月龄沙闽牛及福清南岭本地黄牛各8头进行合饲肥育。结果表明:在107天的肥育期中,沙闽牛平均日增重为834g,本地牛仅682g,沙闽牛较之提高22.3％(P<0.05)。沙闽牛每kg增重需要DM9.0kg,NEg 28.85MJ,CP1404g;本地牛相应为9.3kg,29.13MJ,1414g;二组差异不显著(P>0.05)。屠宰测定结果,沙闽牛屠宰率为51.1％,净肉率42％,眼肌面积59.23cm~2;分别比本地牛提高9.7％、7.1％和21.6％;差异均达极显著(P<0.01)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Feedlot fattening was conducted for 8 head Sahiwal×Min cattle and Nanlin native cattle at the age of 14 to 16 months under the same feeding conditions in the seperate.The results showed that the average daily weight gain of Sahiwal×Min cattle was 22. 3% higher thanthat of native cattle(p<0. 05).
