【Abstract】 A sensitive irreversible reduction wave of Haloperidol （Hal） is found in the NH₃-NH₄Cl buffer. This reduction wave can be used to determine trace Hal by single-sweep oscillopolarography. The peak potential is -1.56V （vs. SCE）. The peak current is linearly proportional to the concentration of Hal in the range of 0.20 ⁵.0μmol·L^?. The detection limit is 0.08μmol·L^?. The method is applied suc- cessfully for the determination of Hal in tablete and in jections. The electrochemical be- havior of the system is studied.更多还原
