香豆素衍生物与β-环糊精包络物荧光性质的研究

【摘要】 用荧光法研究了香豆素衍生物CND500在β-CD水溶液中和在乙醇及非离子表面活性剂(n-Saf)Triton X-100等胶束溶液中的荧光特性,发现CND500在β-CD水溶液中的荧光强度(F),荧光偏振度(P)、相对量子效率((?))、荧光寿命(τ)均比CND500在水溶液中增大,表明CND500与β-CD发生络合,测得络合常数为1 560 L·mol-1,还观察到CND500在β-CD水溶液中与在乙醇和n-Saf中的F,P,(?),τ值接近.这些事实可以推断β-CD空腔极性与乙醇极性相类似.

【Abstract】 Fluorescence property of coumarin derivative CND500 with β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) in aqueous solution and CND500 with ethyl alcohol, n-saf Triton X-100 micelle solution are examined by fluorescence method. It is observed that the fluorescence peak, relative intensity (F), polarization (P), relative quantum yield ((?)) and life time (ι) of the CND500 molecule in aqueous solution of β-CD reveal hypsochromic shift and increment respectively relative to CND500 molecule in aqueous solution. The results indicate that the CND500 complex with β-CD, the measured complexation constant is 1 560 L·mol-1. It is found that the F, P, (?),ιof CND500 with β-CD are near to those in the ethyl alcohol and n-saf Triton X-100. These facts infered that the pol rity of β-CD cavity is the same as that of ethyl alcohol.
