EDTA脂质体对HgCl2中毒小鼠的驱汞作用
Experimental study on action of EDTA-liposome to remove mercury in mice with mercury poisoning
【摘要】 小鼠经4次腹腔注射HgCl2后,投给EDTA脂质体。测定肾、肝、脾和肺组织的汞含量。结果:未见脂质体有毒性;用EDTA脂质体治疗后,小鼠的肾、肝、脾和肺组织的汞含量低于对照组,其中肾、肝的汞含量降低显著(P<0.05)。从而提示:将脂质体包裹络合剂——EDTA,用于重金属——汞中毒的治疗,是一种有效的新方法。
【Abstract】 The efficiency of EDTA-liposome to reduce mercury level in kidney, liver, spleen and lungs in mice after four injections of mercuric chloride was determined. The results showed that there was no deleterious effect of liposome observed and EDTA-liposome had a significant role in elimination of mercury from the tissues.
