低剂量甲基汞对仔鼠脑远期影响实验研究

【摘要】 本文利用电镜及微机处理等方法,对在宫内接触低剂量甲基汞的小鼠脑经过较长时间后发生的变化进行了研究。主要病变有:脑内的神经细胞明显变性、脱失,包括小脑颗粒细胞及蒲肯野细胞在内。超微结构观察显示线粒体肿大,有空泡及髓鞘样结构形成;内质网断裂成小囊泡;溶酶体显著增多;核膜增厚、不清,细胞突起有明显的变性及坏死;毛细血管基底膜及胶质膜增厚,意味血脑屏障有损伤。上述变化在妊娠晚期染汞小鼠表现尤为突出。

【Abstract】 With the help of electronic microscope and electronic computer system and other methods, researches were made on the long time changes of newborn mice brains after in utero exposture to low dose methylmercury (LDMM). The results showed that degeneration and loss of cells were obvious in the cerebrum and cerebellum as well as in the Purkinje’s layer. Ultrastructurally, the mitochondria became swollen with the formation of vacuoles and myelin sheath-like structures , endoplasmic reticulum broke down with vesiculation, and lysosomes increased strikingly. The thickened nuclear membrane and damaged neuronal processes with degenerated and necrotized axes and dedrites were also often seen. The easily found thickened capillary base membrane and glial membrane implied dysfunction of blood-brain-brarrier. The above-mentioned pathological changes were especially obviously seen in the later stages of pregnancy in mice exposed to LDMM.
