强噪声对听觉中潜伏期电反应的即时增大效应

【摘要】 本实验将豚鼠暴露于不同强度的强噪声中30min后,立即(5min)测MLR的P0波幅。结果在95dB(SPL)强噪声暴露后,1kHz短纯音引起的波幅明显增大(P<0.05)。在115dB强噪声暴露后,1kHz短纯音引起的幅度立即增大更加显著(P<0.01);用更强的125dB强噪声暴露后,短声及短纯音引起的波幅均有减小趋势,但只4kHz差异显著(P<O.05)。结果证明;只有在适度噪声(95或115dB)暴露后可引起P0波幅即时增大,且有频率特性。暴露后波幅即时增大常出现于TTS时,故可用于PTS的早期预测。

【Abstract】 In this experiment, guinea pigs were exposed to various intensive noise (30 minutes), P0 wave amplitude in the auditory middle latency responses (MLR) was measured at once after exposure (within 5 minutes). The result showed that after 95 dB (SPL) intensive noise exposure, the amplitude induced was augmented evindently after 1 kHz tone burst (P<0. 05). After 115 dB intensive noise exposure, the amplitude was immediately augmented obviously after 1 kHz tone burst (P<0. 01) and the one immediately reduced by click, while the change in amplitude by 4 kHz tone burst was not obvious. After more strong noise exposure (125 dB), the one induced by click and tone bursts tended to reduce, but only the difference after 4 kHz exposure was obvious (P<0. 05). The results show that only after moderate intensive noise exposure (95 or 115 dB), the immediate augmentation of the amplitude of P0 wave can be induced with frequency charecteristics. After exposure, immediate augmentation of amplitude of P0 wave usully appears at TTS, so it can be used in the early assessment of PTS.
