人参皂甙对垂体—性腺系统分子内分泌功能调节作用

【摘要】 本实验观察了人参总甙腹腔注射后对垂体—性腺系统分子内分泌功能调节作用。人参总甙对雌雄青年、中老年两组大鼠垂体r—β—LH—mRNA含量有明显提高作用,加快β—LH基因表达中的转录过程。同时测定大鼠血浆LH、雌二醇和睾酮含量,发现这些激素的含量变化与垂体r—β—LH—mRNA含量变化不一致。人参皂甙对青年组雌雄大鼠血浆诸激素含量影响很小,但使中老年雌雄组大鼠血浆中LH含量明显下降,雌鼠血浆中雌二醇含量明显增高。说明,人参总甙的调节作用是多层次的。

【Abstract】 We investigated and reported here the regulating effects of ginsenosides on pituitary-gonadol system and the molecular endocrine function of the pituitary-gonadal system in rats through abdominal cavity injection. In all groups of rats of different age, either male or female, the res.ponse of pituitary r-β- LH-mRNA contents to ginsenosides was significantly increased. Ginsenosides promoted the gene transcription process of β-LH. However, effect on plasma LH, estradiol and testosterone were not parallel to the above changes. For 2-3 month male and female rats, effect on plasma LH, estradiol and testosterone was not significant. The contents of plasma LH and estradiol in 12-18 month male and female rats were evidently affected. All the changes in 12-18 month rats resulted in returning these hormone levels to 2-3 month levels. It shows that the regulating effects of ginsenosides are manifold in levels.
