固体(粉状)乳化炸药研制与应用

【摘要】 文中通过对乳胶粒子结晶过程的理论分析,探讨了研制固体(粉状)乳化炸药的部分理论基础,通过试验研究确定了具体的固体(粉状)乳化炸药组分和配比,研制的炸药具有贮存稳定性好,成本低,原材料来源广泛,冲击波起爆感度高而机械感度低,爆炸性能优越,爆炸后有毒气体少,抗水性能好,药卷不易变形等优点。在现场爆破取得了良好的经济和社会效益。

【Abstract】 In this paper, theoretical foundation for powder emulsion explosives is studied by theoretical analysis of the crystallzation process of emulsion particles. The concrete composition and percentage for the explosives are determined by experiment study. The explosives studied in the paper have advantages such as low cost, wide source from origineral materials, high shock initiation and low mechanical sensitivity, superior detonation and good water-resistant performances and no easy to be out of shape for cartridges, etc. Economic and social benefits are obtained from the blasting of the explosives.
