【摘要】 以往只在尸解时才能发现的“淋巴滤袍增生症”,现应用纤维结肠镜结合病理检查即可诊断。通过30例患者的临床资料,讨论此症与免疫功能有关的发病机制以及纤维结肠镜下诊断标准,认为Grade Ⅱ级以上为宜。着重指出与肠道恶性淋巴肿瘤的鉴别。治疗以消炎、对症、调节免疫功能的中西医结合疗法效果最佳,预后良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 We may use fibercolonoscope and pathological biopsy to diagnose lymphoid follicule hyperplasia, that used to be found in postmortem. Summarizing the clinic data of 30 patients suffering this disease, discuss its mechanism the authors and point that the disease may be associated with immunological functions and it should be diagnosed to be over Grade Ⅱ in fibercolonoscope. The authors emphasized the differentiation of intestinal malignant lymphoma having similar location as lymphoid folliculosis. The principle of therapy is eliminating inflammation, re- lieving symptoms and modulating immunological functions of the patients through the combination of Chinese and western medicine. The prognosis of the dissase is good.更多还原
