用土霉素测铁的流动注射分光光度法
Determination of Iron(Ⅲ)by Flow Injection Spectrophotometry with Oxytetracycline
【摘要】 利用流动注射分析研究用土霉素分光光度法测定微量铁(Ⅲ)。对铁的土霉素配合物最大吸收波长为420nm。铁的浓度在0-200μg/ml范围内服从比尔定律。本法的优点是简单、快速、准确、经济。进样频率为100次/h,本法相对标准偏差小于1.5%。并已用于合金、矿石和化学试剂中微量铁的测定。
【Abstract】 The spectrophotometric determination of micro-amount of iron(Ⅲ) with oxytetracycline was studied by FIA. The wave length for maximum absorption of the oxytetracycline complex of iron located at 420nm. Beer’ s law is obeyed for sloution containing 0-200μg/ml. The advantages of this method are simple, rapid, accurate and economic The frequency is 100 samples per hour. The relative standard deviation is less than 1.5%. The method was applied to the determination of micro-amount of iron(Ⅲ) in alloys, stones and chemical reagents.
