制三聚氯氰用煤粉活性炭催化剂的初选
The Catalyst of Coal Active Carbon for the Manufacture of Cyanuric Chloride
【摘要】 文中用测定物性参数的办法,对煤粉活性炭与坚果壳核活性炭做了对比初选评定,这些参数包括灰分,灰分pH值,杂质Fe,Mg等含量,堆比重,CCl4活性,CCl4保留值,比表面,孔径分布等,经评定发现宁夏煤粉成型炭用盐酸处理72h后,可用作制三聚氯氰的价廉有效的催化剂。
【Abstract】 Various active carbons made from coal or shell of fruit were stuied by measuring and comparing their ash specification, pH of ash, activity of CCl4, retention of CCl4, specific surface and distribution of pore size. The active carbon made from coat of Ningxia Province was selected as a cheap and effective catalyst for the manufacture of Cyanuric chloride.
