【Abstract】 A new kind of extruder--disc mixing plastics（DMP） extruder has been studied. Under different disc gaps and rotation speeds, the output, the pressure, the power consumption and other parameters were mearsured. A certain amount of CaCO₃ was added in LDPE and the thin slices were obtained through extrusion. The qualitative analysis for the mixing effects of DMP is given through electronic scanning.更多还原
