深液层大孔径筛孔型鼓泡塔的性能研究
The Performance of Bubble Column of Large Hole Size Sieve Plates with Deep Liquid Layer
【摘要】 深液层大孔径筛板型鼓泡塔是一种新型碳化塔。本文就其结构、流体力学及传质性能进行了系统的研究。实验测试了不同汽液负荷下的塔板压降、塔内气含率、液相返混量及传质效率,并提出估算塔板压降及塔内气含率的关联式。
【Abstract】 Hydrodynamics and mass transfer performances on the sieve plates of five designs(different free area) have been systematically investigated with water and air. Experimental studies were carried out on bubbling sieve plate with deep liquid layer. Measurements in pressure drop, gas content in liquid phase and backmixing of liquid have been made. Oxygen was used as the transferring solute for obtaining the plate efficiency. Correlations for pressure drop and gas content in liquid have been proposed.
