闭锁机构零件的疲劳寿命优化设计

【摘要】 将闭锁机构零件的应力计算与疲劳寿命分析有机结合,从满足零件使用寿命的角度出发,提出了一个闭锁机构零件优化设计的初步方法,使零件上应力集中部位的局部尺寸设计得以定量化。设计计算实例表明,本方法结果可信,对实际设计有一定理论指导作用。

【Abstract】 By correlating the dynamic stress calculation and the fatigue life analysis of an element on a blocking mechanism, and from the point of view of working life, a simple optimization design method for an element on a blocking mechanism is put forward. This makes it possible to design quantitatively the local position dimensions of localities having stress concentration in the element. Application of the method on a design shows that the results are reliable, and that the method can furnish guidance to practical engineering designs.
