基于高频变速特征的不分离型超声波振动车削抑制颤振机理
ON THE MECHANISM OF CHATTER SUPPRESSION WITH HIGH FREQUENCY, VARI-SPEED UNSEPARATED TYPE ULTRASONIC VIBRATION TURNING
【摘要】 详尽地分析了不分离型超声波振动车削的高频变速特征,提出不分离型超声波振动车削抑制颤振的机理,并用实验予以验证,这是对传统超声波振动切削理论的突破。
【Abstract】 The paper gives an analysis of the high frequency vari-speed characteristics in the unseparated type ultrasonic vibration turning (UVT) and proposes a mechanism of chatter suppression with the unseparated type UVT. This has been verified by our test results. The mechanism proposed is a break through against the theory for convensional UVT.
