聚氯乙烯系阳离子交换纤维的合成研究
The Preparation of Cation Exchange Fibre Based on PVC
【摘要】 以发烟硫酸、氯磺酸为磺化剂,合成了聚氯乙烯(PVC)系阳离子交换纤维,探讨了反应条件对离子交换纤维交换容量的影响,并用红外光谱法对 PVC 纤维的磺化机理进行了探讨.所制备的离子交换纤维强度好,交换容量高.该纤维用于阳离子染料废液的脱色,具有高速、高效、深度脱色和易再生等特点.
【Abstract】 PVC fibre is sulfonated by fuming sulfuric acid or chlorosulfuric acid to prepare—SO3H/(?)COOH cation exchange fibre.The conditions of preparation are studied andmechanism of sulfonation is probed.The experimental results show that the exchange fi-bre prepared has high exchange capacities and higher strength.The fibre is used in the de-colourization of cationic dyestuff waste water.The aims of high speed,efficiency,deep de-colourization and easy regeneration have been attained.
