【Abstract】 Location-fixing management is a new scientific management method which involves researches on the relationships among human beings,materials and working places during production.According to the basic principle of location- fixing management and the actual situations in the railway enterprises in China, this article states the objective and significance of location-fixing management, and recalls the process in implementing location-fixing management in China.It also concludes the procedures of promoting location-fixing management,and discusses some problems to be improved in the future practice.更多还原
