【摘要】 1990年从新疆维吾尔自治区伊犁地区捕获的一组按蚊中分离到1株虫煤病毒,命名为XJ160。该毒株对BHK和C6/36细胞致病变,表现为圆缩,脱落。对乳小白鼠可致死,对3周龄鼠不致死。对酸、乙醚敏感,抵抗5-氟脱氧尿苷。电镜超薄切片观察病毒颗粒呈球形,具有包膜,直径58nm。蔗糖丙酮法制备的血凝素对羊红细胞有凝集作用。血清学鉴定提示该毒株与甲病毒属的SIN,CHIK,RR和EEE的免疫腹水呈阳性反应,而与SAG等5种甲病毒的免疫腹水呈阴性反应。与黄病毒组的10种及布尼亚组的5种免疫腹水亦呈阴性反应。中和试验表明SIN抗体能中和XJ-160病毒,中和指数为100000,其它抗体无中和作用。以上结果提示XJ-160病毒为披膜病毒科甲病毒属辛德毕斯病毒(Sindbis Virus)。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 1990, a strain of alphavirus, XJ-160, was isolated from a pool of Anopheles species collected from Yi Li area, Xin Jiang Province, P.R. China. The identification of the virus was indicated by the following,1. Illness and death in suckling mice) evident cytopathic effect in C6/ 36, and BHK celis;2. Sensitive to acid and ether but resistant to 5-FudR agglutinated by sheep red blood cells;3. Spherical enveloped particles characteristic of alphavirus approxim-ately 58nm in diameter.The virus was antigenically related to the alphavirus Sindbis virus ( SIN ) , Chikugunya virus ( CHIK ) , and Eastern Equine Encephalomye-litis virus ( EEE ), particularly to SIN. The neutralizing index of SIN antibody againt XJ-l60 virus, as measured in suckling mice, was 100,000, while those of other viruses were<10. The XJ-160 virus was identified to be Sindbis virus, Alphavirus, Togaviridae.This is the first isolation of SIN virus reported in mainland China.更多还原
