新型热作模具钢CH75的力学性能

【摘要】 研究了新型热作模具钢CH75的力学性能,实验结果表明:CH75钢具有优异的回火稳定性、热稳定性和高温性能,模具寿命比用3Cr2W8V钢提高了一倍。

【Abstract】 The mechanical properties of new type hot die steel CH75 were studied in this paper. It is shown that CH75 steel has better tempering stabilization, heat stabilization and hot strength. The life of dies made of CH75 steel is longer than that made of 3Cr2WsV steel by one times.
