急性白血病病人血清和骨髓细胞内铁蛋白含量的观察

【摘要】 应用放射免疫测定法对急性白血病病人血清铁蛋白(SF)和骨髓细胞内铁蛋白(BM·F)的含量变化进行了观察,并对正常人外周血淋巴细胞进行体外培养,在植物血凝素(PHA)作用下分别于24,48及72h检测其培养液上清液的铁蛋白水平。结果显示,急性白血病病人SF治疗前及复发时明显升高,完全缓解时下降或达正常水平。同期BM·F含量与SF含量呈高度正相关。而经PHA刺激后的淋巴细胞产生铁蛋白量并不增多。提示急性白血病病人血清铁蛋白主要来自白血病细胞本身,BM·F水平可以反映骨髓内白血病细胞负荷情况。

【Abstract】 We measured the concentration of ferritin in serum and in bone marrow cells in nor-mal persons and in patients with acute leukemia (AL) by radioimmunoassay. We alsomeasured the levels of ferritin produced by normal lymphocytes that were stimulated byphytohemagglutin and cultured for 24, 48, and 72 hours. The results showed that thelevel of serum ferritin (SF) in AL was related to the severity of the disease. The SF levelwas significantly elevated in untreated cases and in patients with a relapse, as comparedwith that in normal persons. The SF level was normal when the patients were in com-plete remission. The ferritin level in bone marrow cells showed the same changes as SF;it was positively correlated with the SF level. Ferritin produced by normal lymphocytesdid not increase. These results suggest that SF originates mainly in the leukemia cell it-self. The ferritin in bone marrow cells can reflect the number of leukemia cells in bonemarrow.
