【摘要】 本文对15例喉癌切除标本分区进行过氧化脂质含量测定。结果表明,癌巢组织过氧化脂质含量(4.63±1.58mmol/100g)明显高于癌缘组织(P<0.05)及正常组织(P<0.01)。癌缘组织与正常组织相比,差异也有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。提示癌症的发生可能与组织中过氧化脂质的含量有密切的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lipoperoxidate content was determined in 15 specimens of tissues of throat cancerremoved. It was found that-the content of Lipoperoxidate was remarkably higher in can-cer nests tnan in cancer edges (P<0.05) and normal tissues (P<0.01). This result in-dicate that lopoperoxidate content in tissues may be closely related to the occurrence andrecurrence of throat cancer.更多还原
