【摘要】 通过测量100例正常成人的骨盆正位X线平片的股骨头中心点(HC)至骶髂线(SI)、髋臼线(AM)、泪滴线(TD)、Kokler线的垂直距离和泪滴最低点的水平距离,判断髋关节假体的轻微移位和磨损。结果发现AM线和TD线对判断髋关节假体垂直移位较SI线为好,判断水平移位以TD线优于Kohler线。AM线和TD线受骨盆旋转的影响较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pelvic Ap X-ray plain films of 100 normal adults were analysed. We measured the vertical distances rom the femoral head center (HC) to the sacroiliac line (SI), ac-etabluar line (AM), teardrop line (TD) and kohler line nd he horizontal distance fromthe femoral head center to the teardrop, to assess tiny migration and erosion of the hipprosthesis. The results showed that the AM and TD lines gave a more accurate assess-ment of the vertical igration than the SI line. In assessing the horizontal migration TDline was better than the kohler line, since the AM ine and TD line are less affected bypelvicrotation.更多还原
