【Abstract】 The serum ceruloplasmin oxidase(sCP) activity of 68 patients suffering from respiratory disease has been determined by the substract of O-Dianisidin,and compared with that ofnormal individuals. The results showed that the sCP activity of patients suffering from four types of respiratory disease increased obviously than that of normal individuals (P<0. 01),sCP levels of patients suffering from pneumonocarcinoma and bronchogenic carcinoma increased obviously than that of chronic bronchitis and pulmonary tuberculosis (P < 0. 01 ); however, sCP levels showed no significant difference between pneumonocarcinoma and bronchogenic carcinoma.更多还原
