【摘要】 虽目前泌尿外科技术日益发展,但开放性手术对肾结石的治疗仍是一种重要方法。本文报道对34例复杂性肾结石患者施行肾实质切开取石,术中术后无严重出血、无1例发生尿漏,随访肾功能多有显著改善,文内对手术方法进行阐述,并就术中阻断肾血流时的肾脏保护、肾实质取石切口以及术后引流等有关问题进行讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The open operation is still an important method in the treatment of renal lithiasis, 34 nephrolithotomies were performed to remove complicated renal caculi, and no severe bleeding and urine leakage occurred. After operation the renal function of the most patients improved significantly. We detail the operation method , and discuss protective measures concerning the renal function during occluding the kidney artery, incision and postoperative drainage.更多还原
