【摘要】 本文就137例临床和实验室资科对桥本氏甲状腺炎作了功能分型的研究。发现存在有五个功能类型,即桥本甲亢型、亚临床申亢型、功能正常型(隐匿型)、亚临床甲减型和临床甲减型。对于诊断标准认为日本厚生省的三项标准简便易行,可作诊断依据。并参考Fisher五项指标和应用TRHST以实现定性和功能诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 This treatise studied the functional classification of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis on the basis of clinical symptoms and laboratory data. As a result five types of function were found. Hashimoto’s thyroidism (Hashitoxicosis), subclinical thyroidism, euthyroidism, subclinical hypothyroidism and hypothyroidism. It was confirmed that the type of Hashimoto’s thyroidism is an independent type of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, and diagnosis; should be based on the three criteria set forth by Japanese Health Depertment, which were simple and convenient for diagnosis, meanwhile taking Fisher’s five indexes and TRH-ST into consideration for the qualitative and functional diagnosis.
