【Abstract】 A male sterile line"Guangfeng A"has been bred by test cross and back cross from the male sterile plants found in local variety (Brassica chinensis) of jiangxi province in May, 1990. The line maybe belong to CMS line according to preliminary study. It is probable that the CMS line has the same cytoplasm with"29A" found by us in 1989,as they have common maintainers and restores and the same response to temperature. The generations needed in maintainer,restoring and sterile lines breeding of B. campestris.less than that of B. napus, as depression of inbreeding,was also disscussed.更多还原
