【Abstract】 According to the equivalent half-band width memory method and usingcaculation principles of binary system in a computer, this paper has studied the constitu-tion of elements in large-seale seattered matrix in details and put forward a flag matrixmemory method using flag matrix to tell non-zero elements from zero elements in amatrix and memorizing non-zero elements merely, therefore, the required computermemory capacity can be reduced greatly.
