【Abstract】 The toughening mechanism and the physical and mechanical properties of the super-tough nylon 66(SL—004) toughened by multiple grafted polyolefins rubbers is introduced, and the SL—004 structure was characterized by SEM ,DSC,DMA,X—ray diffraction and so on. The results indicate that the supertough nylon 66 is proved to be a fine phase dispersion,and there might be some interpenetrating co-continuous phase textures, the micro-structure changes and the crystal type transition from a-triclinic to pseudohexagonal structure in the stress-whitening region of impact rupture.更多还原
