【摘要】 型砂质量与铸件质量有密切关系,应用计算机的专家系统软件技术和系统分析、模糊数学方法,建立和使用型砂质量管理专家系统(MSES),对于稳定控制型砂质量、提高铸件质量以及工厂的经济效益有重要作用。本文介绍了MSES的主要功能及其系统的结构组成。应用结果表明,专家系统可以解决生产中的实际问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 AbstractThere are close relations between molding sands and castings quality .By use of the computer software technigue, systematic analysis and fuzzy logic method, the quality management expert system for molding sands was established and applied, which is important for stabilizing the properties of molding sands, increasing the casting quality and the economical benefits of foundries.Main functions and constituents of the molding sand expert system are briefly presented. It’s application has been proved that the expert system can solve some problems from production practice.更多还原
