方竹属部分种黄酮类成分比较

【摘要】 通过对广义方竹属13个种叶片的化学分析,在8个种中得到了黄酮类成分,包括木犀草素、异荭草甙以及木犀草素,苜蓿素、香叶木素,柯伊利素、洋芹素的糖甙。实验结果的聚类分析倾向于支持将方竹属、筇竹属合并为一个广义方竹属的观点。

【Abstract】 Leaves of 13 species of Chimonobambusa Makino s. l. were analysed for their flavonoids, and the components were separated and preliminarily identified by means of PC and UV spectra. Flavonoids have been found to be present in 8 species, of which 2 in Section Chimonobambusa, 3 in Section Oreocalamus and 3 in Section Qiogzhuea. The compounds detected here,including various luteolin, tricin and apigenin derivatives (C-and O-glycosides and methylated compounds), are quite common in Gramineae. In Section Qiongzhuea, four compounds were detected, three of them were present in Section Oreocalarnus and the others in Section Chimonobambusa. There is no clear distiction between sections of the genus,and the cluster analyses of chemical results are inclined to a broad sense of the genus Chimonobambusa.
