补阳还五汤对实验性脑水肿氧自由基与细胞超微结构变化的影响

【摘要】 观察补阳还五汤对百日咳菌液致大鼠急性脑水肿(BE)时氧自由基(O2+)有关参数与脑细胞超微结构的影响。结果表明:补阳还五汤可明显减少BE时鼠脑蛋白、丙二醛含量,使降低的脑组织超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性增高,轻度减轻左侧大脑皮质脑毛细血管周围星形胶质细胞突与神经元内线粒体水肿,显著减少左侧脑毛细血管内皮细胞内吞饮小泡的转运,右侧脑含水量亦较对照组显著减少(P<0.05)。提示:补阳还五汤有明显减轻BE时O2-连锁反应对血脑屏障与脑细胞的损害作用。

【Abstract】 Effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction (BYHWD) on the change of oxygen free radical and cellultrastructure were observed in rats with acute brain edema induced by pertussis vaccine (PV). Theresults showed that BYHWD could decrease significantly the contents of brain tissue protein andmalondialdehyde, and raise the declining of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidaseactivities. Also, BYHWD could reduce markedly the transport of pinosome in the left cerebralcapillary endothelial cell, and lessen slightly the swelling of cerebral perivascular astrocyte processesand mitochondria in neuron. There was no significant reduction of water content in the lefthemisphere on intravenous administration of BYHWD before and after in jecting PV; while that inthe right hemisphere, it was less remarkable in BYHWD group than that in control (P<0.05). Hence,it suggests that BYHWD had the evident effects in antagonizing the damage of blood brain barrierand encephalic cell caused by free radical in brain edema.
