【摘要】 再生障碍性贫血(再障)可分为干细胞缺乏型、雄激素反应型及免疫抑制型。本文53例再障中医辨证分为阴虚型、阳虚型及阴阳两虚型,观察该分型与体外骨髓造血祖细胞类型的关系,结果发现阳虚型的CFU-GM、CFU-E、BFU-E值均显著高于其它两型(P<0.01及<0.05),对雄激素反应性也显著高于其他两型(P<0.005及<0.05)。而阴虚型组的免疫抑制患者数远远多于其他两型(P<0.005)。提示再障的中医分型有其客观物质基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aplastic anemia can be classified distinctively three types as progenitor depletive, immunosuppresive and androgenic sensitive. Using bone marrow culture in vitro which had been accomplished in our laboratory, 53 patients with aplastic anemia were also classified according to TCM term in three groups as Yin(阴) deficiency, Yang(阳) deficiency and both Yin and Yang deficiency, and the correlation was observed between TCM classfication and lab character of these patients. The results showed that the number of CFU-GM, CFU-E and BFU-E in Yang deficiency group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups (P<0.01 and P<0.05). It also showed that the sensitivity of progenitor cells to androgenic hormones of Yang deficiency group was preferential to all (P<0.005) and P<0.05). The percentage of immunosuppresive type of aplastic anemia in Yin deficiency group was much higher than those in the other two groups (P<0.005). These observations suggested that TCM classification for aplastic anemia in this paper has objective material foundation.更多还原
