砂比表面积及粘结剂中溶剂量对冷芯盒砂芯强度的影响
Strength of Cold Box Core Affected by Specific Surface of Sand and Solvent Content in Binder.
【摘要】 对于冷芯盒法制芯,原砂比表面积及粘结剂中的溶剂加入量,对砂芯的强度有重要影响。在粘结剂加入量较少时,强度曲线峰值对应的比表面积小;粘结剂加入量较多时,强度曲线峰值对应的比表面积大。故应选用比表面积适当的原砂。在原砂比表面积较大或添加粉状附加物时,粘结剂中应含有较多的溶剂量,以减少芯砂强度的下降。
【Abstract】 As the core made by cold box process, the strength of the core would be seriously afiected by the specific surface of sand and the amount of solvent added into the binder. While there is less amount of binder added, there should be small specific area corresponded with the peak value of the strength curve; and more amount of binder added, large specific area oorresponded with the peak value of the strength curve. So the sand with a suitable specific area should be selectod for use. When there is large specific area of sand or powder superadditions to be added, the binder should contain more amount of solvent to hinder the decrease of the strength of the core sand.
