【摘要】 本文报道了分光光度计高性能实时数据处理计算机系统的研制,包括系统构成、接口逻辑设计和数据处理软件。其主要特点是将廉价的便携式计算机与低档分光光度计组合实现了某些进口中高档分光光度计自动数据处理的功能。使用该系统,不仅可实现透射与吸收的实时数据采集,而且能完成从紫外到可见光区的定量分析和定性分析等数据处理工作,包括谱图的测定、运算和绘制,以及标准曲线法,直线外推法等等定量。更多还原

【Abstract】 An intelligence, based on pocket-computer, data processing system has been developed, which is used to acquire, store and treat the absorbance or transmitance data of spectrophometer in on-line way. The data system included an interface, a pocketed computer PB-700 and a set of special programs. The functions of the system are powerful, which are to be used on various qualitative and quantitative analysis in the spectrophometers.更多还原
