【摘要】 本实验用SOD及其抑制剂DDC分别对Lewis肺癌和A₅₄₉肺癌细胞进行了实验研究,以观察SOD在肺癌的某些生物学特性中的作用。结果发现,SOD和DDC对Lewis肺癌在C₅₇BL小鼠体内的转移有显著的抑制作用,而且DDC的作用更为明显。同时还发现受SOD和DDC作用后的A₅₄₉肺癌的增殖受到明显抑制,在裸鼠体内的移植瘤形成率显著降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present study observed the effects of superoxide dismutase （SOD） and itsinhibitor, diethyldithiocarbamate （DDC）, on the metastasis of Lewis lung cancer andsome biological characteristics of A₅₄₉ lung cancer cell line.
