自制核孔滤膜及其特性的研究
ON SELF-MADE MUCLEAR MICROFILTERS AND ITS PROPERTIES
【摘要】 本文研究了核孔滤膜的制造技术和它的特性。结果表明核孔滤膜孔密度为10~6~10~7/cm~2,孔径标准差小于0.12μm,在压差0.95MPa下孔径0.85μm孔膜过滤水的流量为105ml/min·cm~2。利用核孔滤膜可以完全清除油田注水中的硫酸盐还原菌和清除葡萄酒中的酵母菌。
【Abstract】 The making technique and properties of the nuclear microfilter are studied. It is shown that poredensity are 10~6—10~7/cm~2,standard deviation σ is smaller than 0. 12μm and the flow rate of the nuclear microfilter of the pore size 0. 85μm for the filtering water is 105ml/min·cm~2 at 0. 95MPa. The all sulphate reducing bacteria can remove from the injection water of Oil Fields and all gest fungus can clear from wine by using the nuclear microfilters.
