【摘要】 报告了12例骨硬纤维瘤,结合文献资料进行了分析。认为该病好发于青少年长骨的干骺端,病程较长,侵袭性较强,复发率较高,X线像呈蜂窝状溶骨性改变,组织学以丰富的胶原纤维及稀疏的成纤维细胞为特征表现。还阐述了诊断、鉴别诊断及其治疗原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twelve cases of desmoplastic fibroma of bone are reported and analysed in combination with the literature in the paper. The predilection site of the disease is long-bone metaphysis of teenagers. The disease has a long course, strong invasion and high recurrence rate. The roentgenographic manifestation is characterized by alveolar osteoiytic changes, and the histologic one by abundant collagenous fibers and sparse fibroblasts. The diagnosis, differen-tial diagnosis and treatment principles are also desribed in the paper.更多还原
