全价鹿精药理作用的研究Ⅱ

【摘要】 给小鼠多次PO全价鹿茸精能显著降低肝组织中脂褐质和西二醛含量,明显增强SOD活性,明显抑制MAO-B活性,此外,全价鹿茸精还可明显增强小鼠 学习记忆能力。

【Abstract】 Whole price pantocrinum (WPP) decreased remarkable the contents of lipofuscin and malondialdehyde in liver tissue and accelerated the activity of superoxide dismutase. WPP also showed the strongest inhibition on monoamine oxidase-B activity. It was de-menstrated that WPP exerted the actions of anti-aging acd anti-oxidation. In addition, WPP improved the effects of learning and memory.
