【Abstract】 When Yiguan Jian and its modifier were given orally in mice, its were found to be effective protactive agent on CCl4-inducted liver damage in mice. The resulte suggest that the rising SGPT in sumer is lower, the pathological changes of the liver tissue is reduction. Except that, Yiguan Jian has yet to regulate effect on convulsion or relaxation of the intestinal perisalsis. When were given orally, its were testified to be safe.更多还原
