促甲状腺激素释放激素对抗鼠束缚应激的作用
Effect of TRH on Antirestraint Stress in Rats
【摘要】 实验观察到束缚可使大鼠产生严重的应激,表现为血浆促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)上升(P<0.001),甲状腺素(T4)和三碘甲状腺素(T3)下降(P<0.05)。同样条件下给大鼠腹腔注射促甲状腺激素释放激素(TRH,25μg/kg体重),大鼠血浆中的ACTH同束缚组相比明显下降(P<0.001);T3、胰岛素(INS)、血糖(Glu)同束缚组相比明显回升(P<0.05),结果提示,外周的TRH参与束缚条件下ACTH的调节。
【Abstract】 Strong stress in response to restraint was observed in rats. In these rats, plasma ACTH increased significantly (P<0.001) while T3 and T4 decreased (P<0.05). After the rats were injected intraperitoneally with TRH,the plasma ACTH increase was obviously attenuated (P<0.001), while T3 INS and GLU increased (P<0.05) as compared with control rats. The results indicate that peripheral TRH participates in ACTH regulation daring restraint stress.
