【摘要】 本文报道采用中医宣畅三焦和开闭固脱法为主,配合西医综合疗法,随机对照治疗流行性出血热并发多系统脏器衰竭(MSOF)120例。结果治愈率明显高于单纯西医对照组(P<0.001),且有病情越重,优势越显著的趋势。作者并对出血热MSOF的病机及其中西医结合治疗作了深入探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is reported in the paper that 120 cases of multiple system organ failure (MSOF) were treated randomly by using the traditional Chinese medical method of dispersing the Triple Burners, restoring consciousness and stopping collapse, together with Western medicine, in contrast to the control group. The result showed the curative effect of the treated group was noticeably superior to that of the control, group treated with Western medicine (p<0. 001). The severer the condition of the disease, the more satisfactory the curative effect appeared to be. The author discussed the pathogenesis and the treatment of MSOF in epidemic hemorrhagic fever with combined therapy of TCM and Western medicine.更多还原
