【摘要】 本实验研究考察了120名病人胃镜检查期间的某些生理变化和心理准备的效果。这些病人被随机地分派到下列三组之一:实验组(心理准备十常规准备)、对照一组(注意—安慰剂对照组)和对照二组(只做常规准备)。结果表明,镜检引起了一过性生理紊乱,从导管进入咽部、胃内直至拔管后,有关的生理变化逐渐减少。从整体上看,实验组病人的生理变化显著小于两个对照组,两个对照组间差别不显著。但就平均的心率和肌电变化率而言,对照一组低于对照二组,提示存在着类安慰剂效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,some physiological changes of 120 patients during gastrointestinalendoscopy examination and the influence of psychological preparation on these changes were mea-sured.The 120 patients were randomly assigned into three groups:experimental group(psychologicaland routine preparations),control group Ⅰ(attention-placebo group with routine preparation and non-specific guidance),or control group Ⅱ(routine preparation only).The results showed that this en-doscopy examination resulted in some temporary physiological disturbances in pulse rate,blood pres-sure,and muscular electric activities.Overall,the patients in the experimental group showed signifi-cantly lower physiological stress responses than that of control groups,but there was no significant dif-ference between the two control groups.However,the patients in control group Ⅰ had less changes inpulse rate and muscular electric activities than those of control group Ⅱ.The data suggest that psycho-logical preparation may buffer physiological responses in a stressful examination.更多还原
