【Abstract】 An experimental education program of mental health was carried out among 34 students,compared with 29 students as control group,in the same technical school in Shanghai.The programincluded lectures twice a week in a period of one and half year,individual psychotherapy,and grouppsychological guidance.At the end of this program,the experimental students showed more significantenhancement both in mental health and academic achievements than that of controls.The implicationand approaches of this mental health education program were discussed.更多还原
